*All 3 registration forms and tuition payment must be received for your student's spot to be reserved. Once forms have been completed, if your child has a spot in the program, an invoice for the first month's tuition will be emailed to the address on file. Registration is not complete and your student's spot is not reserved until all 3 forms AND payment has been received.
